第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects people from discrimination and harassment based on sex in education programs or activities which receive federal 金融援助. In compliance with federal laws and regulations (Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title I, Title VI, Title VII, 第九条 of the Civil Rights Act or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act), 雪的大学 is an equal opportunity institution providing education and employment opportunities without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, age, religion or religious creed, disability or handicap, sex or gender, sexual orientation, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.

The aforementioned Federal laws prohibit covered entities from retaliating against a person who files a charge of discrimination, participates in a discrimination proceeding, or otherwise opposes an unlawful employment practice.
